I bought 2 Granby bar stools from DTY store. I put one together with no problem. I noticed that the foot rest ring on the other was covered in dust. When I cleaned it off it became obvious that the part was being eaten and infested but some bug or worm. The company did send a replacement chair and that also had the foot rest eaten away! Needless to say I won't be getting anymore chairs from these people.

There is nothing wrong with your product. It is well made but I have a problem with one of the legs, it wobbles, and I sent you an E-mail on the 9th, and have had no response to the solution.
