Slow email response time, site not updated with actual availability of products, payment system hiccups - closing down time so likely that explains it but kind of frustrating all the same, service at warehouse in person was good.

Service was fine, but I would prefer the order not be shipped in a plastic mailing envelope. I ordered the natural fibre product to avoid buying its much cheaper plastic alternative, only to receive it wrapped in two kinds of plastic.

I did not hear back when I wrote a comment and had a specific question about my order.
