It was supposed to have been delivered on a Thursday, but was not delivered that day or the next. The online tracking didn't work. I phoned and was told that it should be delivered on Monday. I knew I would be out, but said I would put a note on the door directing the delivery person to a neighbour across the street, which I did. No delivery. I used the online chat on Tuesday to ask where it was and was told it would be delivered that day, which it was. No signature was asked for, which I thought was the point of asking my neighbour to receive the packages. I noticed a scrawled note saying “not home” stuck to one package, so maybe someone had tried earlier, but I was here waiting all the time.
