As far as service it was as good as can be expected from Canada Post and or delivery services go these days!

Product was ready for pick up in a timely manner. Product exactly as it was advertised.

Website is a bit difficult to navigate when choosing colours. Can't pick "towel" then color. I think you have to pick color then towel size.

You did well but I don't like dealing with canpar your delivery service. They buzzed our phone upon delivery, let it ring one time and hung up before I could get to phone. Ran down to lobby and they were already gone. Didn't deliver package to pick up store on time and had to make two trips to pick up package. Bad experience with delivery company but love dream design products.

Service was great. The white colour ordered was out of stock. So I was informed and was able to choose the colour “Fog” which is actually better I think.
