Terrific invention that encourages collecting older cellar aged fine wines. However the cartridges are much to expensive and limited.

The Coravin system is the perfect tool for the wine connoisseur who wants a glass of fine wine on a weekday. It allows me to always drink my best wine without worrying about any of it going to waste. I haven't tried to use it to taste a wine to assess readiness to drink from the cellar but I imagine it would be useful for this as well. Coravin is also great if your partner doesn't drink and you can't finish a bottle of wine by yourself in two days!
