great machine--I used it last night for a "wine tasting" dinner where I opened some of my prized wines--the best part is that I still have wines I can enjoy one glass at a time. Will write another review after one month when I re-taste and find out if the wines have deteriorated Gadget and gas capsules are pricey but well worth it if we are talking about good wines. Incidentally, I bought 3 other machines as gifts for my conossieure friends and they loved it

I absolutely love it!

I love this thing. It saves me money on wine. I don't have much time to sit down, open a bottle and have to drink it all! I only have time for a glass and this allows me to that, especially when I am trying bottles that cost $50+ average.
