The product is fine. The website if fine, though I did have trouble completing the transaction re finding where to input credit card information. The support available online was terrible. Said someone would be with me shortly. Nobody ever was. Don't have this if it is useless. The regular customer support is worse. Late response days later. Questions not answered. No response at all. These folks need standards and supervision. Would love to speak to Joven's Manager about him, but I suspect there isn't a Manager or at least one who cares. Patricia 705-761-6908.
