I try to take advantage of the sales but every time there is always on item that is out of stock. The site is finicky on an iPad so I have to switch to a PC. Prices are decent but shipping kills you.

Though I love the products, the follow through service afterwards was poor. I never knew the status of the order. I emailed multiple times to no avail and finally received service once I personally contacted the company. This happened twice, with each of my purchases. I don’t understand how this can happen in 2023.

Shipping was fast. Product as described.

I’m a little disappointed that the cover only lasted 2.5 years.

Fits very well, snug and protects the cushions, but after one summer of being in the sun it ripped in many areas. I patched, but still ended up tearing apart. I did buy another cover this summer and I have laid canvas tarps on top of the cover to protect the cover. Canvas tarps leave a residue on the cushions which is why I use two covers.
