Bullfrog Spas

Got the new hot tub at the PC Bullfrog Factory Store. Great sales experience. Installers were phenomenal. My only complaint is that the store should make a deal with a crane company so that it's a "one-stop" experience rather than having me find the crane.

I had it installed and a screw was through a pipe so it leaked for days then they came fixed it so it had to be emptied again and refilled then I asked for an extension for the wire for the light on the panel with the bullfrog logo because I would of liked it to have logo facing the yard so you can see it but they say they don't make one it only took 5 minutes for me to find it on bullfrogs website??? Once paid for then they didnt feel it was important to please me!! Im not impressed

Like the stainless jet rings instead of plastic and the different jet configurations

Excellent customer service. Josh came out to remove air from the system and not only got to tub working properly, he helped move my cold plunge in place an route the power under my ramp. He also offered to take away my packaging garbage from the cold plunge that had nothing to do with bullfrog spas.
