Excellent customer service. Josh came out to remove air from the system and not only got to tub working properly, he helped move my cold plunge in place an route the power under my ramp. He also offered to take away my packaging garbage from the cold plunge that had nothing to do with bullfrog spas.

Excellent Sales/customer service so far. Spa is not installed yet but thus far has been very positive. Kim was wonderful to work with.

We are still waiting for the installer to come out and measure the gate to see if it will fit through
