Mediocre zipper

Bad zipper.

I love your products, but when I want to replace a lunch bag that we had been stolen upon delivery, I ordered from Amazon at less than half of your price.

Bought lid for the 20 oz tumbler but it’s too small.

The replacement lids did not fit the 20 ounce tumblers I already own. They fit the new ones I ordered. But I need them for my ones so they are extraneous at this point.
