Mediocre zipper

Bad zipper.

I love your products, but when I want to replace a lunch bag that we had been stolen upon delivery, I ordered from Amazon at less than half of your price.

Unfortunately both of the utensil sets I received are not closing properly. One pops open at the slightest movement and the other one doesn't stay closed at all. I have purchased two other sets at a store, one works perfecly, but the other doesn't stay closed. I like the product so I decided to order straight from Built, but as I said above, they are just not closing and staying closed properly. The order did arrive on time, but I have one set out of the three I've bought that works like it's supposed ti. I was hoping to have a couple more for myself and family members.
