The plant was much much smaller than expected. I kept it inside for 2 days before planting it outside do to inclement weather. I watered it upon receipt and followed directions for planting and caring. Maybe the weather was too hot, even with proper watering????

Purchased 2 plants a couple of moths ago. They were shipped one on top of the other. Bottom one is basically dead already. They were supposed to handle Minnesota growing season in sun. Had to move the second one to mostly shade and is growing fine. Purchased the $5 insurance plan so will see what happens because you have to wait until the next season. Did have fast delivery and great choices.

I bought two palm trees and was supposed to receive a free hydrangea. But I did not anything other than my order.

I purchased two 2-3 ft Wisteria Trees, but when I opened the packaging I noticed both tree began wilting. My thoughts possibly the wisteria trees we in the packaging too long during processing and in transit to its destination. The shipment was delayed by FedEx by one day. I received an exception notification it will be delayed by one day from the original scheduled delivery date. I believe this was due to a national holiday that was mid-week. I had to trim the majority of the wilted tree leaves and closely monitor its health. I was not expecting wilted plants upon receipt of the package, but I recommend shipping should be expeditious so that the plants can have sunlight as soon as possible and strive to maintain its integrity.

I had purchased a Chinese maple for my mom, and it hasn't grown at all. in fact the leaves originally came bitten by bugs, it never got better. i won't ever purchase again from this company.. very deceiving.
