Trees received have been very healthy.
I ordered 2 flowering pear trees and a crab apple tree. They all arrived as described and were very healthy. I had an issue when I placed the order online, with the site not letting me know that the order had gone through and without receiving an email confirmation of the order. I contacted brighter blooms and they did find the order and sent a confirmation after I asked about it. Later, I ordered the lilac tree. I had the same problem when placing the order online. Had to contact them again like I did with the first order. Again, the tree was healthy. It is supposed to flower in May and July. I received it around the end of June. It did not bloom in July. And has not in August. I'm hoping it will bloom as it should in the spring. The ordering process online has been pretty frustrating, but I am pleased with the trees I've received.
