Usually very pleased with my bouquets but the last one wasn't quite as perfect, still very good but not quite up to the 100% standard.

I love having flowers at home, and Bloomon has made it very easy for me. I love the size of the bouquets I receive (large) because they fill the space perfectly in my 12-ft ceiling living room and make a wonderful accent piece in the interior. I also love the variety of flowers and their quality. The bouquets include rare blooms and unexpected combinations that are impossible to find elsewhere at anywhere near this price range. In my view, the quality to value combination is great. Bloomon flowers are a highlight of my week and I'm looking forward to receiving a bouquet every week. The only reason I gave this service a 4-star rating is the delivery. It's not possible to pick a precise window for delivery and I frequently find my bouquet left by the front building door (I live in a flat in London). I'm lucky that no one usually takes them, but they did get stolen once. Also, the flowers get damaged during delivery (small damage, like torn leaves or small blossoms, is quite frequent and a couple of times one or two large flowers had broken stems). I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging but you must accept less protection as compromise. Otherwise, wonderful service and I love how easy it is to adjust delivery schedule to reflect my travel plans (one click online).

loved the choice of flowers and colours (despite being a yellow fan) but I would have liked more "greens" in it, if I may say so, as it seems to be a bit naked this time. But overall really satisfied with it!
