It's always a great surprise and one with a lot of anticipation when I receive my monthly flowers! I love the designs and colour schemes! I would only offer a bit more flexibility in the delivery, such as delivery in a safe place that I have nominated.

Flowers make me happy

On the up! The first bouquet barely lasted 3 days, when I submitted feedback I was told someone would get back to me immediately. A week passed and nothing... The second bouquet has lasted longer which was good, it all rests with the next bouquet. The second bouquet was left in my safe place upside down, despite multiple signs on the board staying the right way up.

I've had 3 bouquets now. The first was fantastic, very fresh and seemed to go on forever! The second some of the larger flowers went brown in a matter of days but the rest lasted a while and the last ones didn't feel that fresh when they arrived but have lasted a while but I would say overall the quality in design has lowered since the first bouquet. I understand that Bloomon have reviewed their supply so willing to continue to see what happens. They are still better design than anything I can get from a local shop!

For the first four or five deliveries, I was in love with these flowers. They always arrived fresh and in good condition and the selection of different flowers was amazing for creating a really interesting and attractive display. However, I've also had quite a few bouquets now that weren't up to scratch. Some flowers seem to get repeated and are already wilted or badly damaged on arrival. The overall design of these bouquets isn't as nice and it looks like leftovers have simply been stuck in. The number of flowers you get is good and the company has proven that they can do this well, but unfortunately I haven't found the quality to be consistently high. However, on the two occasions that I have had an issue (a delivery issue for a bouquet ordered for a family member and a complaint about a really poor bouquet), the customer service response has been excellent! I've kept my subscription going for now purely because of this service.
