Looking forward to trying out the new shower filters. We had them sent to the new address so haven’t even seen them yet. In fact we aren’t sure they arrived! Tracking is terrible!

Berkey water filters were shipped expeditiously, and the service is great.

It's too difficult returning items - made a mistake when ordering and was not allowed to make the change. We are going to sell our Berkey products, and we are switching to a company that's easier to order, order friendly. Return item friendly. I've been pleased with Berkey until now.
