It's too difficult returning items - made a mistake when ordering and was not allowed to make the change. We are going to sell our Berkey products, and we are switching to a company that's easier to order, order friendly. Return item friendly. I've been pleased with Berkey until now.

We moved recently and when I placed our order I forgot to change my shipping address, I called immediately and the wonderful customer service representative got right on it and reassured me she would change it and she did! We received our Berkey right on schedule!
