Great product

This is my second toilet seat bidet. My other is a Brondell. I’m loving the biobidet much better with one exception and that is the remote. It’s a bit clumsy to use, and when you take it out of the holder you can inadvertently change settings as there are settings almost everywhere your fingers grab. Other than that, the only problem is when the seat opens (which I love) it bangs against the back of the toilet making quite a noise! Other than those two problems, this is in our guest room and now I’m jealous🤣

Good product

Installed a new toilet, our BB 2000 had a round seat, the new toilet is elongated. Called Bidets Plus, no problem and the price for the new seat was reasonable. The guy I talked to told me what to do. Very easy, good service. What more could I want. Thanks much, Eric
