Your right bidets are relatively new in America, at least they are new to my wife and I. I’ve been in Italy and found them in every bathroom facility. What I found in Europe is that they have a bidet next to every toilet and the bidet doesn’t have a toilet seat. You sit on cold porcelain. We are blessed and fortunate to have two homes, one in New Jersey and one in Florida. We put our first Bio Bidet BB 2000 Bliss in our Jersey home and immediately ordered the same model for our Florida home. I did quite a bit of research before ordering the 2000 and looked at everything from other companies offering bidet toilet seats like the 2000 too some offering a combination toilet and bidet together. The 2000 bliss seamed like a no brainer for us. For one, the price of the toilet/bidet combination (installed) price was over $5,000. To me that’s too extravagant. I can’t attest to your other models, but after using the 2000 I made sure when I ordered the one for Florida that I told you rep “don’t send me anything different the first one I ordered, I only want another Bio Bidet BB 2000 Bliss”. I’m not in the habit of writhing a review for products but in this case I’m happy to do so. Our hopes are if it gives us a problem with any parts wearing in time, we trust your representatives will remain as customer friendly then as when we were first purchasers. In each case when we placed our orders they were extremely knowledgable and friendly and that’s all anyone can ask for. Bobby and Janie M
