Avoid at all cost

The service is really not professionnal. I told them I have fragile package. All is done by a machine I had to prepare everything The transport were not aware they should pass even if i had notification with the date The transport was a 3 party ( DHL ) without anything for my fragile package. I cancel everything and they made me loose time and money.

Poor service, months late, all work goes through TNT and no chance for a refund

The 10 day waiting period they advertise on their website gives the impression this is a speedy service but after 2 and a half months and over 30 calls to their service line the boxes were finally dropped off. The service line you ring cuts out after a few seconds with a promise to call back but no call comes, at one point the boxes filled with everything I own went to Norway, then were sent back to the UK. In the middle of this ordeal I got nervous the boxes were being kicked around the warehouse and after expressing this many times, no action was taken or feedback given. What's worse is this company isn't involved in any step of the delivery, a guy from TNT picked the stuff up, ferried it to (and then back from) Norway and yet Baggage hub took a large sum of money for this service they charge for. I was given an email to ask for a refund for this and radio silence since then. If I were to do this again I would have either gone through TNT or hired a car and transported the stuff myself, either would have been quicker, safer and much less hassle. Don't use this company and don't believe a word on their website, the amount of bad reviews out there of this company just shows that they only show the few good reviews they get.

This is the worse service I have ever used they do not pick up the phone there are hidden cost that amount to more than you initially paid. They are rude and defensive when you do get to speak to someone. The dates promised are totally unhonoured with continued cancelled flights. They do not update the tracking portal. Please please do not ever use this company . You will end up just creating so much stress and worries for yourself. My parcels arrived a month late I had already left the country. They will not respond to complaints no matter how many times you submit it. You have been warnef

Useless thieves

Came to pick up my boxes the wrong day. Charged me without any authorisation or warning a 150 pounds extra "wrapping fee". Delayed my shipment for a week, then for another week in order to "process my paiement" (which end up being 200 pounds more than scheduled with boxes weighting way less than the maximum weight we agreed on. Then took not 7 to 10 days but more than 2 more weeks to receive finally my boxes because I went directly in contact with an external shipping company you used, as your people on the phone promised to call back and solve the problem and never did.

Unpleasant experience

I’ll go over this point by point, but the overall experience was dreadful. First: Boxes were weighed on collection and everything was on working order. Imagine my surprise when the final amount was £100+ over the quote. Second: I payed the inflated price on the day I was sent the invoice, hoping to get my boxes on the day of scheduled deliver. I made the payment and was told by the system it would be processed in 3 days time Third: From the moment of payment there was a 2-month process of back and forth emails and calls, in which you insisted I had not paid, despite me providing an excessive number of proof through screenshots of transfers, transfer receipts and official banking documents. I even heard one of your employees refer to me AS A LIAR to one of her colleagues when she thought my call was on hold and I couldn’t hear. Eventually you dispatched the boxes, but not before I had to threaten collection of product and demand a full refund plus damages. Fourth: the boxes arrived vandalised and posted through a different system to the one I paid. Not only were the boxes vandalised and missing items, which I have no doubt happened during the time you held my boxes and refused to dispatch them, but they were also posted through Fedex - something to which I did not agree. This in turn meant that I had to pay a hefty import premium on my own previously used goods, but I had to pay an additional tariff as the boxes took SO LONG to arrive (because you refused to dispatch them) I couldn’t declare them as luggage from move. In conclusion, if you had any honour as a company you would refund me £5 per day of non-dispatch (aprox £250) plus the fees I had to pay for your poor logistical execution and alteration of accorded procedure (£100). I would not be using your service again and I have advice several friends against using it. I am also not the only person I know that has had a poor experience whilst using your (dis)services
