It took me several phone calls to have someone finally pick up my boxes, then took another few calls to baggage hub and tnt to arrange that the driver calls me when he is here. So after more than a dozen calls and a week of stressing, I finally got my boxes that looked like they went to hell and back. Can't even say it was even cheap.

What started as a very positive experience when downhill rapidly. Zero updates once our items were collected. We had no idea where they were for weeks.nsentvemsil after email to try and get some information. When our boxes were finally delivered to the UK there were a number of breakages. Would not recommend or use this company again.

Interactions with baggage hub have all been good. However with only 8 of the 10 packages sent to arrive at the destination this performance is not good enough for the cost.

Dont use them they are cheaper, but the service is rubbish. Late collect, late delivery, incomplete delivery. Pay a bit extra and use a proper company.
