Poor communication and service

Once I had paid for the service that was when everything went downhill. My boxes were picked up days late despite having a confirmed date emailed. I had to constantly chase where my boxes were and how far away they were. 3 weeks later I got a phone call saying the person was at my house with the boxes, I had no confirmation of delivery date and the boxes had been significantly damaged in transit, luckily there were no fragile items in there. Wouldn't use again.

I wish there was a way I could give zero stars

I can't write anything meaningful here without helping them, and until they refund me the entirety of my money (which would be the first step they could take towards beginning to pay me back for the hassle they caused me), that's absolutely not something I'm willing to do. I hope they all die in a fire.

never sent my boxes

I paid the 100.00 deposit but had to wait for my passport to send my boxes. When I got my passport and informed them, I could not understand the documents. I emailed a couple times. But in long run my boxes are still setting here and I lost my $100.00

Quite a struggle during entire process

Quite disappointed in overall services, communication and the partner company TNT. (a) Sales team became very hands off and irresponsible once sales part was ended; (b) lack of flexibility in pickup and delivery time; (c) slow response / poor communication between department, Finance/warehouse/customer service. It took me 2weeks just to get my deposit reflected in the invoice; (d) extremely poor service partner. TNT was very disorganized and unprofessional. They lost my item and it took 5weeks to locate the item. Didn't even apologize (e) entire process was quite painful and I lost quite substantial time to keep things on track Only part i appreciated was two customer service representatives (Shirley and Jonathan) were trying to help. Otherwise I was very unhappy using the service.

Terrible service

Don’t know where to start. It took about a week to get the boxes collected so I had to stay home all day for a week. Then when they were collected we were told one was missing. It took months and lots of middle of the night phone calls from New Zealand to find our boxes. They were finally delivered months later. So frustrating and the worst service if ever had. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
