APPALLING SERVICE. NON COMMUNICATION. SLOW. EXPENSIVE. BREACHED SECURITY. MISLED ME. WILL NEVER USE BA AGAIN. COMPLETE LACK OF SUPPORT. SUBCONTRACTORS ARE TERRIBLE. BA HAS BECOME A DISGRACE AS INDICATED BY ITS BOTTOM OF THE LIST RATING.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a LONG time. Every stage post sale was incompetent in the extreme. Shipping packaging was wrong or missing. Steps made to rectify this made matters worse. There was a complete lack of communication such that I had to engage another company to try and undo the almighty mess that these clown had made of my shipping. Any claims they made about shipping my goods proved hollow or false. Multiple attempts to complain about the abysmal service I received have been ignored multiple times. These guys are fleecing anyone they take money from as I don’t believe they can provide the services they’re selling. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone in the world. I would have rather walked my goods around the world myself then trust them to these guys.

Took way longer than should have. Maybe a month longer. Would not recommend or use the company again.

I had planned a surprise homecoming and NO one except my grandson knew. When I arranged my stuff to be shipped, I had to answer specific questions like when woukd I be in the country. What date did I want my boxes to arrive, who would be there to receive them. As I was stopping off in Perth to visit my son I had the delivery date around 16th Dec. And I would receive them as I would land on the 10th. This surprise was 6 months in the planning, so imagine my horror when I got a message from grandson to say on arriving home for lunch all my boxes were there. It was still a week before I left Australia. I was gutted, and angry. We had entered into a contract and as far as I am concerned you broke your agreement. The long delay and lack of any apology or compensation has left a real sour taste in my mouth. Mazz Williams

I would not use this company again they are not professional enough, it's been a nightmare for me, 1) they did not deliver enough boxes for me to pack I had to go and find my own boxes ! 2) they did not pick up goods when they said they would etc. etc. etc. we travel from country to country quite a lot, so I know what good reliable service is . frustrating experience
