Poor communication, significant delays, broken items upon arrival.

My TV was delivered to me broken. I have sent my claim from over two months now no reply yet. I don’t recommend this company to anyone

They first lied about being able to send me boxes on the due date. Second they postponed the collection 1 week. Third they never refunded me the price of 3 large boxes that I paid for. Last and not least, I asked for a economy shipment and they send me Express shipment. It was just one of the worst experiences of my life. Sarcastic thank you.

Did not receive my items, completely ignored for over 2 year with no insurance pay out.

You can't even get my name right, I could rarely get a response to my emails. Your phone number just goes to voice mail and after paying your invoice including VAT and customs duty I now have a request from TNT to do the same thing which I have to now sort out. As per your SOP I expect no response to this review.
