Baggage Hub were very good from the beginning to the end but after delivery there were damaged items and they ignored my requests to discuss that.

I was delighted when I found this service as it appeared to be the cheapest option for moving between the UK and Ireland, not including furniture. When the delivery man arrived to collect my items I asked him whether the other few bags I had packed along with the boxes would be okay. He told me that they were fine. This included a clothes rail that I had dismantled and tied together and a rug in a bag with labelling on. In the invoice I received there was an additional packaging charge for these items. Had I had known there would an additional charge, and after being told that they were fine, I would not have allowed them to go to shipment in the way that I sent them. On arriving on the other side, the driver of the delivery was VERY rude to both myself and my mother on the phone. She said this was due to an address being left out on her documents and the items should have been in a different van going to a different county. May I point out that I live 5 minutes from said county. And also every package was labelled with the CORRECT address, but clearly a line was omitted from other documentation. Overall, very disappointed with the customer service, lack of fully enclosed information, and rude delivery.

The initial process of Baggage Hub is easy enough, however, I paid for insurance on both of my boxes and one arrived severely damaged. I have emailed multiple times but have heard no response on how to submit a claim for my insurance money. My box arrived with a huge hole in the side and it was retaped as if someone had opened it and went through my stuff. Several items have been damaged.

Many items arrived broken. One of boxes crushed on top. No response to my complaint. Boxes were clearly marked fragile

Worse service ever. I ended up paying double. Still waiting for my refund. Engaging legal action. Unacceptable!
