Communication was poor and I was never made aware of the exact delivery date and hour - no phone call to let me know that the delivery man was outside of my property. A bit of a hassle to organise to organise the pick up as they had the wrong number, although it was in email correspondance. Items were delivered in good condition and kept for 7 days for free in storage.

The boxes were promised to be delivered in 7 working days days and were due on 21 Dec 2016 but they did not arrive until 18 January 2017.

The sales guy was great, and they offered free packing boxes and materials which were delivered by a very pleasant man. Once they had all of my belongings thought they were slow at responding to email and did not deliver within the timeframe they had said they would

I choose baggagehub because when asking the quotation i was informed that were able to delivered my items on a specific that. They weren´t. Beside that, everything went as expected.

Collected and delivered on time - efficient service but when my boxes arrived they were a mess, badly damaged - computer screen broken. Took our insurance but apparently not covered - No sign of any compensation.
