Moved from Brussels to Edinburgh with Baggage Hub. Our pick up didn't happen on the scheduled day and it took 3 calls from me to be told it definitely wouldn't happen. Actual pickup was great when it happened. Delivery took a while because I wanted a discount for the delay. After about a week of back and forth I did get a discount. Although this was after I was told by a supervisor that the original delay was my fault, when it wasn't. Bags and boxes were pretty beaten up when they arrived, with one bag arriving the day after everything else. Nothing was broken but we did use a lot of bubblewrap in the packing. TV box was damaged in such a way that it was a small miracle that there was no damage to the tv itself. So I would not recommend this service. It is passable at best.

scheduling my pickup and receiving my boxes was painless enough, they picked up my stuff, minus one tv because they didn't tell me that outside of london they wont box tvs. And now for two months my packages have been sitting in london.... no movement..... I asked when they will be sent and was told they were being collected and readied to move. Two weeks later and they are still sitting in london.... did I just pay you to steal my stuff?

When I travelled out to Dubai, the service was excellent! I recommended to at least six other people all travelling to the same place. However, returning from Dubai has taken a heck of a lot of emails and 46 days for my baggage to arrive back in the UK. I have had to keep 'badgering' as I had no idea what was going on or where my stuff was. Thankfully, today my things have been delivered.

I was lazy to write a review at first but I keep getting emails requesting for it. They charged extra for getting the boxes inside the building. They delivered the boxes in the rain with no cover and the boxes appeared to have sit in the rain somewhere for sometime( bottom was completely wet). I used the best boxes I could find online (Bankers box) and yet they came all broken with tons of tapes and fell apart immediately after I carried up one floor by myself (It is not heavy not overweight). Use the service if you have only clothes and do not care if the boxes are flipped, thrown, and wet. For this price, next time I will buy extra luggage and ship as excess baggage instead.

The delivery was on time but 60% of the items arrived broken and damaged. The delivery man didn't speak English or German. Many boxes arrived opened and in an unacceptable manner. I had explicitly highlighted boxes that had fragile items and needed extra attention. They were not handled with care and caused me more loss than I paid for the transportation and storage. No replies received from the company after I received the items and filed a complaint against damaged boxes and broken items.
