The delivery of boxes was good, as was the pick up. Tracker didn't work and customer service tried to help, but couldn't. Just trying to contact customer service is expensive from outside the UK. In the end I got my boxes delivered over a span of 3 days, with 4 different companies! All outsourced. The boxes were heavily damaged on arrival, which I didn't expect because I bought them from Baggage Hub. I'll give them 2 stars because I got all my stuff moved, it was cheap and nothing was stolen. Still the service was terrible. Before you get the additional insurance, read the T&C's. Spoiler alert, you don't want that insurance. They're just after your money.

I shipped three items from Denmark to the US - Baggage hub advised that the items would be shipped to the UK first, but this caused problems in both Denmark and the US as there was an unnecessary stopover. I had to mediate between Baggage hub and their partners (TNT in Denmark and FedEx in the US) to help them sort out this issue as this happened during a vacation period and Baggage hub staff were unresponsive. It has been nearly 6 months and I have not received a third of my things. FedEx lost one box full of precious items after they arrived in the US. While the baggage hub staff have been helpful, no discount has been offered. I will not use them again.

One box of shipment set aside (for no good reason). I was not informed of this until I contacted the customer service and insisted about it. The box removed was opened, unpacked, and repacked in a way which damaged some goods inside. The rest of the shipment was sometime in a state that makes me think that it is a miracle that my desktop, screens and other goods survived

Our boxes got to us fine. But we were not kept up to date with what paperwork we needed to do etc.
