Feeling let down

When I made my initial enquiry I was given a very competitive price but the final invoice was almost double and the other items had not been mentioned e.g wrapping (which did not happen and yes, I got the refund) I was also told that the driver would arrive on the 17th of January and would call before arriving. He arrived on the 15th and I was not called. All in all too many hick-ups to recommend your services but at least every one I spoke to was polite and I got the refund. But no thanks I will not use or recommend you.

If I can be satisfied in regard to the deadlines and the follow-up of the delivery, the quality of this one was catastrophic.TNT swung the boxes without precautions despite the Handles with care or Glasses. There was some break in charges during the transportation, some boxes where forgotten at certain stages... These arrived gutted and re-taped; with of course considerable damage and despite all the precautions I had taken during packaging. But also by the fact that in spite of after an email of dissatisfaction, no answer, even a simple word of apologies does not has been sent. You can imagine my disappointment, and what I could think about the service ...I have a lot of Photos at your disposal, during the packing, and departure and at the arrival. By the way, you checked them england and agreed everything was correctly packed, weight and quality......

Several broken items, bad customer

Several broken items, bad customer service and the discount for using less boxes was not in line with the increase if I needed more.

7-10 delivery time it took 28 days and several phone calls. clarity and effectiveness is not a feature present within Baggage Hub culture
