Unpredictable but in the end alright.

I sent 6 boxes of personal effects across the Atlantic as part of moving house. The drivers both provided very good service and the phone contact number was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the issue was with the actual shipping. My packages were set to arrive on the 12th of the month. They did not even leave the UK until the 16th and did not arrive at the destination until the 24th. I respect there are some uncertainties with international shipping, but I was never given any explanation for the delay, even after chasing up myself Communication improved considerably once BaggageHub passed my packages on to DHL, who it turns out did the actual shipping. I consider the price to be fair, but I do wonder what it would have cost to just send with DHL myself. All in all, the move worked for me, as I was lucky to be in a position where I could manage without my personal effects for 14 extra days. But I could not recommend the service to others without the significant caveat of unpredictability.

Disapointed

The boxes were picked up in the end but about 24 hours late after several email (to which I received no reply) and phone calls I had to make to obtain information. I would say communication needs to be improved and I am waiting for the final outcome of this shipment (if everything is intact and on time).

Good customer support - delivery a bit confusing

I had a really good experience from the first call until the time of collection. However, the delivery of the parcels was a bit confusing. I didn't know when they courier was arriving until the day of the delivery and I had to reschedule it as I was at work. It would be useful if somehow you could notify the customers on the day and time of delivery so that they can get organised with work etc. I would still recommend the service overall.

Good contact but overall experience was disappointed.

My Sales and Customer Service contacts at Baggage Hub were very present and reactive so I am thankful for that. Regarding the purpose of getting my luggage rapidly, my experience has been disappointing though...I got my last luggage almost 2 months after the pick up date.

Pick-up was organized horribly, crew

Pick-up was organized horribly, crew did not show up on scheduled time and day, no one really contacted me, I had to get in touch after I already arrived at the new destination. And a drop-off the driver refused to bring the boxes up to my apartment, even though there was an elevator. I had to bring them up my self with my toddler next to me.
