Conflicted Opinion
Throughout the last several weeks, perhaps two months or so, the service received from a specific customer care worker (Kimberely) was outstanding, and I was kept updated throughout every stage of the shipment. However, this was not always the case as I had to usher and pressure the company into keeping me updated many times. I do believe it was just an unfortunate situation, with Patsy leaving the company, and the shipment being lost in between Canada and the UK, but overall, I wish that there was more communication between the carriers (FedEx in my case) and the company. Seems like there is not too much communication with third parties, and a lot of the paperwork and logistics are left for the customer to complete without much help. Customer care side was brilliant, but overall was a tad stressful to have lost my items for so long.
