Good customers service

All the goods arrived at destination on time and the service was rather smooth and easy. Unfortunately 2 suitcases arrived damaged (one of the wheel has been broken and the zipper of the other suitcases has been damaged in a way that you can not close it anymore) and not refund has been possible.

My shipment was delayed for about 3 weeks. It was just sat in a warehouse somewhere. These were my things for moving abroad and my wedding so I was quite distressed. Worked out okay in the end but only because I chased them.
