I felt informed and helped most of the time. There were a couple of times I felt a bit let down, due to me wanting to receive the information quickly and this made me feel anxious and I think I came across as a bit heavy and annoying. I offer my apologies for it as I think you offer a very good service.

The website is good looking and comprehensive but it's hard to find your own account and it's hard to upload documents or change your details as it doesn't take all the documents or it doesn't show them ... there are some bugs there.

packing was quick and easy. Everything arrived on a timely basis. Some fragile items were not well packed and broke but otherwise all good.

Generally I have been very happy with Baggage Hub so far. Really friendly and helpful setting up my collection and helping me when I needed extra boxes. Only criticism is the administration was not always smooth, for example, my contacts details were not updated despite several request, which meant I did not get a call to my personal mobile to tell me what time my boxes and collection would be.

Great service but limited website functionality - particularly MyAccount.
