Very good service, got my goods a little late but the amount of phone calls I had to make to get updates of when I would be able to receive my goods was a bit stressful and I was also overcharged. I requested for shrink wrap, for which I was charged £7.50 per box/bag (x 10 pieces) = £75.00 but none of my boxes and bags were wrapped! I would like to get my £75.00 back.

Really quick delivery. Would have been nice if all items arrived on the same day though. However, overall nice service!

I have given you four stars, could have easily been five! I had overall a positive or good experience dealing with baggagehub. My shipment got held up at customs but that was not communicated to me until I enquired and even after that it took a few days before you got in touch with me. I put that break down in communication due to the festive period or so I hope! All in all I will use your service again and will recommend you without hesitation.
