In my move to Barcelona, I was not made aware of when the boxes would arrive in Spain, or when the service attempted to make the delivery. come boxes were damaged and got wet, furthermore no delivery was possible after working hours or during the weekend obligating me to get a day off work.

I have used your services twice. I was impressed by your services especially the second time when I shipped my baggage to Tanzania. However, I was disappointed for lack of information about the cost of excess luggage.
