I am overall very happy with the service provided. Whenever I needed to get information or clarify something on the phone, staff were always very helpful and friendly. There were no problems with the pick up - it went very smoothly. The boxes arrived at the final destination within a few weeks, I think only two weeks and a half. I only have words of praise, and would recommend your services to anyone. I only have two minor comments - once, I called the Belgian landline number provided on the portal/in the email but the staff there were not aware of what was going on. When I called the UK number, I never had problems getting the information I needed. Maybe, the Belgian number should not appear in the correspondence if the client starts dealing with the company through its UK-based offices (I was based in Belgium then but I was dealing with the UK-office all the time). Furthermore, timely updates on the exact whereabouts of the boxes could be improved. The portal gives the user access to basic information - such as the boxes have been picked up, or they have arrived at the warehouse but not exact tracking of the parcels. However, these are only a few minor comments. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you very much.
