They give help with all the forms, the online service is very slick, the boxes they provide are good quality, and at the end of the day, all our boxes arrived almost a week early and in good condition. Timely and professional

My first experience with Baggage Hub was fair but communication poor, however my second experience with them I would give them 9/10, the packing boxes didn't arrive on expected day but the next day which was a little inconvenient but apart from that the service was great.

The transfer of my boxes from Spain to my address in England went like clockwork. They were picked up on the day designated & delivered on the designated day. As I’m 80yr old & not very good with the internet I had all the help I needed from 2 lovely ladies Kate & Shannon who explained what I needed to do.
