I have had some significant problems with color consistency at Artsy Couture. I didn’t notice as much at first, but when I started selling more canvas, and ordering more from Artsy, the consistency problems became more apparent. In one order I ordered two of the exact same canvas (one for mom and one for grandma) using the exact same file, but they arrived looking completely different. One was very warm, the other very pink. I don’t understand how that got past quality control! I also had numerous orders that were just incorrect. Very disappointing as I think the construction of the pieces is excellent (hence the three stars). I would say proceed with caution and give yourself plenty of time, because I have had to request reprints on 50% of my orders.

i love the products you offer and your prices! Your USBs & print boxes help set me apart from the competition in my area! However, the past several orders I have placed have been deliver incomplete. By that I mean prints missing. When I call customer service, they immediately locate my lost product. I don't understand why this keeps happening. It is becoming a serious problem for me. Your turn around time is slower than most as it is, (which I don't mind since I live the product) and the unreliable completion of orders has made me consider discontinuing our business together. I understand you are a small company, but this is really a problem you should address quickly.

Good products but very slow turn around time. The photo boxes could be a better quality and the minimum order makes them not very valuable. Also the ribbons on the boxes are cheap. The bow falls apart and the rubber band shows. The prints are often flat and dark so I order those elsewhere. The canvases are nice, although they are hollow which devalues them a bit. All in all, I only use Artsy Couture occasionally for these reasons.

Your color correction is always on point.. but I was really disappointed about the standouts I ordered. The cut was really crooked... there was gaps between the print itself and the edge of the styrofoam and well as hang over I spent a lot of money on them. I always have started to notice how lumpy the print appears... it’s not a very smooth bond between the print and the styrofoam and when the light catches it just right it looks awful :(...

The picture is choppy looking and not clear. The cap doesn’t line up with the body of the usb drive. I can’t give this to my client, so now I have a $20+ paperweight 😞
