The fact that you sell to consumers for the same price makes it hard on us professionals. We can't tell our clients where we order from when ordering from you.

My last order of a Canvas has taken too long to ship. I'm a professional photographer and don't like the fact that Artsy sells to the general public. I only use Artsy for a sale on things.

I am indifference because I have never ordered anything from your company and am a little confused of why I am getting an email to rate my experience with you.

I find it disturbing to be contacted by a company I’ve never heard of claiming that I have been its customer. And your website offers little information, beyond self congratulatory text…not even an address. After you reply to my note to explain how you obtained my name and email address, I request you delete my name and all my information from any and all databases upon which it may be recorded or stored, and to never share my name or information with anyone.
