The print quality is weak. The images are blown out in the highlights. I used to offer this album to my clients but I’m now looking for something different.

I love Artsy Couture product and the customer service is top notch! The shipping limits my orders to Canada however! I feel forced to find a more affordable options elsewhere unless I have an order large enough to make a huge shipping fee worth it.

Turnaround times are too slow compared to competitors.

I really liked your products at first, but lately the consistency has been a bit off on the canvases and USBs that I've ordered. Some have been coming in darker, and the backs don't seem to be as nicely finished as they used to, and for the price vs. quality I have been going with CGPro as they have similar quality for a much cheaper price point.

The USB's come out amazing. But the delivery time is awful. Sometimes I get them really quick and other times I could be waiting over 2 weeks after the order has been placed. It's really frustrating especially when clients are wanting them. I understand I can pay more for shipping but your inconsistency doesn't make me want to.
