I have been ordering USB drives from them for years. I like them because they are the perfect product for my wedding videos. However, I have had to have 30% of my orders re-printed. They came out with these new USB drives which are great, however, the print quality is abysmal. I have attempted to speak with someone about this issue several times and they never really respond about the printing. They just ship a new drive. Which is great, however, I just can't give a good review when the quality of their printing is so consistently bad. I've only dealt with USB drives, so I can't speak for anything else. Very inexpensive though and hard to beat the price!

Products are great. Shipping is expensive & way too slow and ordering interfaces are very challenging.

i realized the quality varies in the products i've ordered. Also, the ROES does not work when i try to upload to it, and i've done everything to try to fix it and have not found out why it doesn't work. I have to use the website to order,and unfortunately the prices aren't the same.

While the customer service has been good, I’m not happy with the quality of products, specifically the acrylic USB.
