I've been ordering with Artsy for about 2 1/2 years, the prints are right on with my color managment-but sometimes when I order multiple sheets wallets, they get stuck together, having no other choice than to pull them apart making my product presentation poor. I suggest packing each wallet sheet separately but not broken down, leave as a sheet. Canvas books are my biggest seller. I recently had some issues with my orders and Artsy has a great customer service department. If they got something wrong, they fix it and they make it right. So for that I stay with artsy. I'm currently waiting for my first USB order, and I'm about to order some more studio samples. Thank you!!!

As a professional photographer, overall I love Artsy Couture. I love your branding, your products, and pricing. However, I am not impressed with the unreliable printing on canvas’. They never seem to match my screen, even though calibrations/iccs have been done. Sometimes they will come in fabulous, sometimes very dark, muddy, or slightly blue tinted. The results are not consistent. Though the product has great tightness, backing and heaviness to it, which makes it very appealing. I also very much dislike the different hanging options. I would prefer all sawtooth hangers, as I have voiced my objections before, that when my client purchase several large canvas together for a display, once they have been hanging a month or so, the display gets all wonky from the wires sagging. Another concern is that Artsy is available to the public consumer. This is NOT good for the photographers trying to offer your products as something different and unique, that they can’t find anywhere else. Several of my professional groups have swayed many new photographers from using your services due to these issues, and have been complaining about the inconsistent coloring of your canvas’. I hope this review can help you all grow as a business, as overall I love your brand and pricing for my business.

Love, love, love the price point. Customer service is SUPER! Artsy Couture has won me over! They're the only lab I use unless I want a better finish or better turn around time.

I've been a client and lover of Artsy Couture for a long time now and I am always satisfied with my products. Never had any complaints. The only reason I can not give 5 stars is the turn around time. Very slow compared to some other labs :( If you could speed up your shipping time I'd give 10 stars.

Love the quality!! digging the products! Clients love them. Just wish the turnaround times were faster like millers. :)
