Since Christmas the service has improved, but I am waiting for another busy season in hopes that it stays the same. Improvements can be made on the ROES system. It was said that a new system was going to be put in place in December and now it's May and it still hasn't happened. You need an option to take off the value of the products so when we're showing clients how the canvas will look wrapped around they can't see the price of the products. Also, you need an option to not wrap the images around the Gallery Blocks.

I just wish the gallery wraps were not so glossy. There is always a bad reflection on them making it somewhat difficult to view the image.

I do love AC. I am in love head over heels with your canvas gallery wraps. Although I am annoyed that I need to request a template each time for every different size, I am way beyond pleased with your customer service team that gets back to me, day and night, even on holidays and weekends within minutes. Your prints are OK, but can be better. Your press printed cards are not consistently high quality. I’ve received a grainy set with color issues just before the holidays, but did get a refund for it. So another cheer for your customer service. I’ll surely continue working with you and I can’t imagine getting my gallery wraps from anywhere else. Best quality in the industry!
