I absolutely love the gallery blocks. My clients love them. They are a unique product that can't be found anywhere else. However, the turn around time for this product is atrocious. It's just consistently gotten longer and longer. It used to be just a few short days. Then turned into a week. Now my latest order was 3 weeks ago, and still hasnt been shipped. i was told last week it would ship by friday..... nope. Nothing yet. Beyond frustrated. its why I've stopped really suggesting the product to my clients, and why I dont order anything else from artsy.

The order took much longer than I expected but the results were exceptional! My only concern is a lack of communication regarding the progress of production and shipping date. After a couple of phone calls and an online chat, I still wasn’t told exactly when I could expect my canvas to arrive, and with a looming deadline for me to deliver it, I really felt worried I would not get it in time. However, the canvas arrived, unannounced, on Friday and all is well that ends well I suppose. I will continue to use Artsy Couture in the future because of the outstanding quality of the finished product, but I truly wish your company communicated the progress better.

Artsy Couture has unparalleled customer service - quick, friendly and solution oriented! I absolutely love delivering client prints in their customized boxes - the quality of both is beautiful. My only reason for 4 stars is that I've had some issues with the printing on the wooden USBs - over the past year I've had to have 3 of them reprinted (due to printing being too light, skin color being very orange-y or pink). I know that the wood is a tricky medium to print on, but I'm starting to think I might try switching to a different style usb. (which makes me a little sad, because these are truly a favorite of my clients!)

I wish there was a better way to show the customer their designed piece.... right clicking to save doesn't work, screen shot makes a horrible image.... Love the products tho! Thankfully, so far, my clients have trusted me and my opinion on what to order.

I was satisfied with the product, thought turn around time was longer then I expected. The B&W print did not excite .
