It somehow put my order on dormant (the order was not processing) after I sent an email stating the 10% summer discount had not been put in my order summary, but after I sent the email to them,they saw the error & let me know right away & started processing my order

We were pleased with the quality of the pillow and the slip. However, the pillow was a little flat -- not enough fill. The weight of a child's head readily flattened it.

Not up to par with reviews

We got the toddler pillow and non-organic pillow case. Pillow case feel too rough even after a wash. I would not sleep on that myself so not going to have my baby use it. Pillow itself seems soft enough and good size, our son didn’t get used to it yet, maybe because of the case.

The pillow case is very stiff and scratchy.
