Paid for Priority shipping. Took 2weeks to arrive in Florida. I paid to arrive in 2-3 days. I called inquiring about the long delay, but No offer to credit me for the extra expedited shipping charge. Product is average retail quality. Can’t recommend this company.

I thought I was buying a set of pillow cases, but after only one pillow case was delivered, I realized they’re sold individually. The organic cotton was rough on my skin. I never used it. It’s sitting in my linen closet.

I asked for a return shipping label because pillowcase did not fit my pillow and I never receive a response!
