Great product but order processes flawed

Out coppersmith hood is great. It is a great focal point of our kitchen. And the hood seems to work well, though we have not used it that much. HOWEVER the ordering processes if flawed. There are too many obscure options that to the typical homeowner is overwhelming and obscure. We made the mistake of order the fan with an excessively high CFM which our kitchen designer told us was too high. So the next day, before Coopersmith started to work on our project, I changed the fan speed. We got hit with a $150 change fee. IMO OUTRAGEOUS and GREED.

delayed shipping

We placed and payed for an order in Feb. Asked for shipping beginning of May after our vacation. Contractors were waiting. Well the hood will not be shipped until the end of May. Messed up the timing of the project

Hood and sink

Worst experience thus far in the entire build process. Purchased sink and hood, Paid in full last summer. Expected sink within 8-12 weeks, 3 months later found out they never started it yet. Finalized everything on hood first of year, was told end of march, and still have yet to receive either the sink or hood. Latest update after reaching out was end of April. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Exhaust Fan Replacement

I ordered this replacement on 12/9/25 and was promised 6 weeks. Well I finally received it on 2/26/26, a total of 12 weeks. After receiving the replacement, I have not been able to find anyone to install and World Cooper Smith has done nothing to help. What do I do with this large piece at a cost of $1,700? The whole process has been very disappointing and my problem is NOT solved. Help please

Wrong color delivered!

Received my range hood, quality was perfect and color (although the wrong color) well done. A beautiful product. The reason I'm giving them 1-star is that I emailed my sales guy with color selection. Its a two part color, main body and trim. The hood came in the trim color (which matches my cabinets). They said "you approved the CAD drawing, that is why we ask you to approve it" . . . so its my fault. I explained that I emailed my sales guy my response to the CAD drawing, that two colors are requested but only one shows on the CAD. . but its my fault (which it is right, I should have called and verified!!). I didn't want to return it (going in this week) and honestly, I don't think they would have allowed me to return it since "its my fault for approving the CAD". So if your spending $6k with Coppersmith then don't belive the CAD drawing they send you . . . MAKE A CALL AND GO OVER IT WITH YOUR REP!!! They gave me $150 refund for their error! To get 5 stars I would like to have seen a reinbursement of at least $2k. Also note, this product is manufactured in China. I thought they were an American company.
