The design process was efficient and the end product is quite nice. But the shipping/delivery process was frustrating, and the whole timeline was ~30% longer than they committed at contract signing. They had said 6-8 weeks production and 1-7 days delivery. Production took 9 weeks, and shipping took 2. 5 weeks. And the communication process during the delivery was spotty and inconsistent, handing off delivery to two different companies with no communication about the process. They need to manage expectations much better. This really delayed our project.

Called about a replacement part. Only reason giving 4 stars was that I had to leave a message and get a call back. Answered my question and gave me the direction I needed.

I recently ordered a custom range hood and could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship. The hood is beautifully made - fabricated as designed, high quality material, and expertly welded seams. Customer service maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Installation was fairly easy for our contractor, but preparing for installation was a bit trickier. This was his first time working with a CopperSmith hood design, and install guides did not always provide the level of detail he needed. He was in direct contact with the company who helped to the extent possible. It’s only because of the install that I did not give a full 5-stars, but the hood is definitely a full 5-star quality!

This was our first experience with Coppersmith and it went very well. your design and sales team were very helpful, easy to tack delivery to the job site and installation was smooth.

I believe the product is superior but the service was not. I have had to work with 3 different people because the prior person was no longer available. This has delayed the process.
