I couldn't be happier with the customer service. We had a delivery issue and I received several apologies and the situation was rectified at no cost to me even though it was not the company's fault.

When looking for a kitchen sink during my remodel, I couldn't find a sink that carried great reviews for the price point. It made me dig a little deeper, which is how I came across Coppersmith. I instantly fell in love with the idea of having a brass sink. I ordered 5 samples which really helped me get a better idea of the finished material. From sales, to customer service (with such small and silly questions), everyone has been beyond phenomenal. Truly, I am so beyond happy with my purchase, it really is the jewelry for my kitchen. It patinas which is equally beautiful, but once a month I give it a good scrub and it always makes me smile ear to ear seeing her shine.
